The Highland Housing Alliance is a not-for-profit development company that has been set up to help build more new affordable and private houses for people in the Highlands. HHA are delivering a new concept in house building, deploying technology and construction methods only previously available for one-off architect designed houses.

To create an identity and brand for the new house design and supporting marketing materials.

Under the brand New Energy Homes (NEH), the new house design was introduced as a revolutionary product, offering good value and amazing energy savings. Working with strong vibrant colours, the design team created a bold typeface for the identity, in tandem with an edgy, contemporary design for the marketing brochure and site plan. These were housed in a silver tin box to reflect the unique quality of the product.
