Tulloch Homes’ latest development of luxury five-bedroom detached villas, just across the water from Inverness in picturesque Fortrose, required a suitably prestigious brochure to attract the premium homebuyer market. Dynam’s design for the marque was inspired by the established dolphin colony resident in the waters overlooked by the properties, and the clear turquoise colour and open design suggests the space of sea and sky outside, as well as the spacious and light interiors.

The balance of text and pictures within the brochure worked on both visual and copy levels to highlight the message that at Chanonry Bay, you really can have it all – a relaxed lifestyle in an idyllic rural setting, with the practicality of close proximity to Inverness city centre and its rich commercial, shopping and cultural facilities .
