SNH commissioned Dynam to organise two conferences for SNH staff located throughout Scotland.

We were briefed to manage the venue co-ordination and logistics, AV and IT requirements, presentation support and event advice for the client.

Over 200 staff attended the first event – held over two and half days at the Strathpeffer Pavilion near Dingwall, with workshop facilities located offsite at the Ben Wyvis Hotel. We produced a customised stage set and backdrop, with supporting event branded room banners within the main venue. We were responsible for the stage set, PA system, lighting, event branded material and speaker support. We also handled the overall supervision of the venue logistics which included re-build for an evening dinner and ceilidh.

The second event took place in Edinburgh at the Herriot Watt University’s conference facility in a similar format, but which also included the set up of a live video link.
