UK Offshore Wind Supply Chain Event

A high profile event with over 180 delegates attending.

Facilitating and developing a strong supply chain for supporting the deployment of offshore wind is critical if the UK is to meet its ambitious renewable energy targets. This event offered information and connections to help companies meet, do business and seize the initiative in offshore wind energy developments.

Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE) commissioned Dynam to organise and stage manage this high profile event at the Drumossie Hotel in Inverness. The remit included promoting the event through direct mail and on-line marketing, planning and building an exhibitor’s area and managing a number of workshops.

Over 180 delegates, including a number of overseas developers, attended the one day conference. We were responsible for promoting the event through direct mail, e-marketing and the design and hosting of an on-line booking facility. We were responsible for planning and building an exhibitor’s area, managing nine workshop breakout areas, venue co-ordination and logistics, AV/IT equipment and support, plus delegate liaison and materials.

Our comprehensive expertise in event management, along with our high standards of professionalism and creativity, enabled us to deliver a smoothly-run event with design flair and a sensitivity to the special nature of the project.
