The prestigious Food and Drink Awards complement the work of the Highlands & Islands Food & Drink Forum by encouraging food and drink businesses to be innovative, forward thinking and collaborative and by celebrating excellence and achievement. With some of the best natural produce in the world, the 2010 Awards, held at the Drumossie Hotel in Inverness, showcased the wide range of food and drink products in the region and the equally diverse profile of businesses, from internationally renowned companies to small innovative producers.

Caledonian Concepts commissioned Dynam to stage manage and support the Awards dinner.

Hosted by Catriona Shearer, from BBC Scotland, and attended by over 200 guests, Dynam were responsible for stage set design and management plus AV hire and support.
