Dynam was briefed with coming up with a name for the project, plus creating a logo and an identity which would be used across all the fundraising materials.
We settled on the name ‘Project Build’ after considering a number of alternatives. Our design team decided to add to the existing and highly recognisable Highland Hospice marque rather than creating something new. It was intended to be strong, bold and fun.
The result was a purple building-shaped icon with the words ‘Project Build’ also in purple, next to the original Highland Hospice logo. We used a different font for these new elements. Purple complemented the existing yellow in the logo and helped it to stand out.
The logo has been used as a totaliser on the home page, which provides a visual representation of the money raised to date, and how far off the fundraising target currently is.
