A trip to Noah's Ark22 September, 2014
The Eastgate Centre in Inverness was looking for a marketing agency to provide new creative for all its events, charity related projects and generic campaigns. The client wanted professionals that could think outside the box and bring fresh, modern ideas to campaigns, all the while remaining sympathetic to the traditional core values of a large sector of Eastgate consumers.
Dynam was up against a number of agencies throughout Scotland and we were delighted when we were awarded the contract in spring 2014. To date, Dynam has worked on a number of campaigns including Summer of Sports, Kids on the Catwalk and Student Shopping.
Our latest project
Lucky Louise and Eleanor recently had exclusive out-of-hours access to the Eastgate Centre while working on a photo shoot.
Eastgate required a new bank of stock photography to use across future campaigns. Dynam proposed using shots of real people rather than stock photography – not only would this showcase the centre, but it would also add the dynamic of real shoppers in situ.
Dynam approached a mix of male and female volunteers, from teenagers to families and young executives, all representing the demographic of visitors to the Eastgate. We commissioned Inverness photographer John Paul to capture the theme of the photo shoot - the uniqueness of Eastgate Centre, and the great shopping to be had there. He shot our ‘models’ socialising and shopping in various locations throughout the Centre, including a group of friends outside HMV, a family in front of the famous Noah’s Ark clock and young professionals having a coffee while browsing the shops.
Watch out especially for our young stars outside HMV, currently featuring on one of the Eastgate walls!
