We collaborated with the Makar team to improve the brand's consistency. We built a robust set of brand guidelines to ensure future consistency after defining a new colour palette and a definitive logo and typeface.
After establishing the brand, we moved on to the website. Makar realised that their website plays a crucial part in client journeys, from initial discovery to in-depth investigation. According to SEO data, 1000 searches for phrases related to Makar are conducted each month within a 50-mile radius of Inverness alone!
The website design was updated to suit the revamped identity, with a high-end, bright, and expansive vibe to mirror the properties Makar builds for its clients. Makar's stunning photography needed to be framed in a way that maximises the impact for customers of all device sizes, while also keeping the menu structure logical and user-friendly.
Several key metrics were tracked after the website went live including pages per session, time spent on-page, and search engine rankings, which informed adjustments to the website structure, maximising the website's usability and efficacy at driving valuable inquiries.
